The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Any item(s) not removed within the allotted timeframe may be subject to being relocated to a storage facility at the Buyer’s expense, or the item(s) may be declared abandoned. There will be no loadout assistance available, and no mechanical work will be allowed on site. Titles may not be available at time of removal and will be sent via traceable methods. For licensed dealer sales the title will be accompanied by a re-assignment form.
