BidProwl collects minimal personal data:

• Waitlist signups: Your email address, stored securely in our database. Used only to notify you when new features launch.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (page views, device type, country). No personally identifiable information is stored.

What We Don't Collect

• We don't track your searches or browsing history
• We don't sell or share your email with third parties
• We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking
• We don't collect payment information (we don't sell anything)

Auction Data

BidProwl displays publicly available auction listing data from government agencies and their authorized auction platforms. This data includes item descriptions, prices, locations, and seller names — all of which is publicly visible on the original auction websites. We do not collect or store any buyer or bidder information.

Cookies

BidProwl uses essential cookies for site functionality (e.g., Vercel deployment). Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymous traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

Data Storage

Your email (if provided via the waitlist) is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the United States. Auction listing data is stored in the same database. All connections are encrypted via TLS.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time by emailing hello@bidprowl.com. We will remove your data within 7 days.
