Overview
This lot contains (1) collection of iscellaneous Wheelchairs and Walkers. The items are classified in repairable condition. The lot includes various wheelchairs and walkers that have been returned due to minor damage, with some requiring repairs and others being over 10 years old.

This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
Most items have been returned for minor damage.
Some items need to be fixed.
Items stored in boxes are over 10 years old.
Inspection and Removal
Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.

Inspection of property is highly recommended.
Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection.
In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection.
The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification.
