Used subsurface concrete electrical utility vaults that were removed from a redevelopment construction site. The address of the materials for sale is: 676 S Billingsley Dr, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 (north of cul-de-sac at end of road). A detailed description is as follows:
- Concrete vault lids: 33 count. Good to fair conditions. Size 8’x7’x6’’.
- Small concrete vaults: 12 count. Fair to poor conditions. Size 7’x7’x3’5’’. At least 1 knockout hole in each.
- Large concrete vaults: 12 count. Good to fair conditions. Size 7’x7’x5’6’’. At least 1 knockout hole in each.Requirement: All materials to be removed by September 30, 2026.
