PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2017 Polaris GEM ES-17 ELXD Utility Vehicle. This vehicle was started and driven briefly during processing. Vehicle runs okay and should be able to drive onto a trailer. The exterior of the vehicle shows some damage like the drivers side vent window, denting n the push bar, cracked windshield, rust, denting, scratching, and paint damage. Drivers side mirror is missing. The interior has worn seats, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. The battery compartment was unable to be accessed during processing. Charging cable is not included. Tires pressure looks a bit low. GVWR: 3000 lbs. GAWR-Front: 1920 lbs. GAWR-Rear: 1920 lbs.
Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.

Removal terms▾
Due to known or suspected mechanical issues, we are REQUIRING this asset be TOWED for removal. We do not employ mechanics and this asset has not been thoroughly evaluated for potential issues. Asset is sold with no license plates and is sold as-is meaning we may not be aware of all potential mechanical issues. PICK UP DEADLINE All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyers can pick up the property ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Friday). Please call 360-407-2271 or email surpluscashier@des.wa.gov to schedule an appointment. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.
