This Thompson Center Arms Renegade is a .54 caliber percussion muzzleloading rifle designed with a robust octagonal blued barrel and double-set triggers. The rifle features a scroll-engraved lock plate and hammer with visible case-hardened colors, paired with a dark hardwood stock that includes a semi-pistol grip and a small five-pointed star inlay on the left side of the butt. It is fitted with an adjustable rear notch sight, a blade front sight, and a wooden ramrod stored in dual metal ferrules beneath the barrel. Key markings on the top barrel flat include THOMPSON / CENTER ARMS ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE .54 CAL. RENEGADE, while the left side is stamped with the serial number 216317 and the warning BLACK POWDER ONLY—INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE READ BEFORE USE.
