No 3rd party carrier pick-ups are allowed (Fed Ex, USPS, UPS, etc.) ALL communication will be done via the email address the buyer provides to GovDeals.com. Phone calls should only be made for urgent matters. Due to limited manpower, no property may be viewed or inspected prior to bidding. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading.
