Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 72 hours in advance by sending an email to the email listed on your buyer's certificate. All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property, except if shipping is required and paid. No loading assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. A STORAGE FEE OF $50 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED IF ITEM(S) ARE NOT REMOVED/PICKED UP AFTER THE 10-DAY DEADLINE. THIS DELAY INCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. IF THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN AN ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS, THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND THE BIDDER WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE DEFAULTED.
