A 12-gallon stoneware crock by the Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. of Red Wing, Minnesota. The piece features a cobalt blue stamped "12", the company's red wing logo, and a blue oval maker's mark. It is also stamped "PATENTED DEC. 21st, 1915" below the rim.
