Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The All-Ban fuel pump module has cracked hoses. The W.S. Darley centrifugal pump unit has no fluids or filters, no starter, and the control panel is disconnected. The tires on the Darley unit hold air but show signs of cracking.
