BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETE REMOVAL OF AUCTION LOT. ****PICKUPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.**** IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, PLEASE CONTACT SELLER ASAP AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION TO SCHEDULE PICKUP. SELLER WILL VERIFY PAYMENT HAS CLEARED AND PROVIDE AVAILABLE PICKUP TIMES. Assets will be available for pick-up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. excluding Holidays. SURPLUS YARD IS CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS! If Buyer finds any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. There will be no consideration by Seller of issues arising once an asset has left the Surplus Yard.
