Size dimensions of 14X72 feet. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Scuff marks and stains are present on walls throughout the unit. One dresser drawer is damaged. Back door handle has been modified. Door trim shows damage. Some underbelly material is torn or hanging. Missing one tire and remaining tires may be flat or low on air. Furniture is missing from the unit. Shows normal wear and tear consistent with use. Additional missing items, damages, or required repairs may exist that were not noted during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Supervision is required for all children entering the property location due to Homeland Security regulations. No pets or firearms are allowed on site. 24-hour notice is required for pickups. Purchasers are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site.
