Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
Viewing is online only with visitors required to wear masks while on site and remain in vehicles until instructed to exit.
Pickups are by appointment only from 8AM to 2:30PM Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
For safety reasons, this site requires all manufactured housing units be pulled by semi-truck only.
Supervision is required for all children entering the property location due to Homeland Security regulations.
No pets or firearms are allowed on site.
24-hour notice is required for pickups.
Purchasers are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site.
Driver must present signed copy of Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and valid driver's license at time of removal.
