Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
Viewing is online only. Visitors must wear masks while on site and remain in their vehicles until told to exit.
Pickups are by appointment only, 8AM to 2:30PM Monday through Friday, weather permitting, closed holidays.
For safety reasons, this site requires that all manufactured housing units be pulled by a semi-truck. Pickup trucks may be used for travel trailers only.
Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location.
No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
A 24-hour notice is required for pickups.
Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site.
The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy.
Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
