DESCRIPTION:
This auction is for a large pile fill material. The estimated size of the pile is 4000 square yards. The successful bidder must have this material removed within 6 months of the awarded bid date. No State Resources will be used to remove this material. ODOT requests a notice of 24 hours before the material is going to begin removal. ODOT District 12 Jeff Biggerstaff 541-377-1448.
Successful bidder will need to fill out a 'Guest Liability Waiver and Release Form' (attached).
District 12 would like a copy of the completed/signed waiver returned to jeffery.biggerstaff@odot.oregon.gov.
ODOT requests a notice of 24 hours before the material is going to begin removal.

Removal terms▾
Contact the property custodian (listed in the auction) where the property is located to schedule an appointment for removal. ODOT will allow work to begin after receiving the 'Guest Liability Waiver and Release Form' (attached to this auction) and 24 hours notice prior to the beginning of work. Lot will not be allowed to be removed until it is has been paid for, no exceptions. If arranging for a shipping company to remove state property, Surplus Property must receive a completed copy of the "Bill of Lading" or "Title/Pay Form" for the item/shipment (Fax the BOL or TPF to (503) 378-3398). If someone other than the winning bidder is to pick an item up for the winning bidder, the winning bidder needs to make Surplus aware of this by sending an email to eam.auction@das.oregon.gov. Otherwise, an item will not be released to a third party. No state resources will be used to remove this material.
