Items Added Until Day of Sale & Terms Updates

AS OF 5/5/2025- Diamond K Armory has updated its Terms and Conditions. By continuing to bid, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy updates: SECTION 6.2 - REMOVAL, STORAGE, NFA REQUIREMENTS & ABANDONMENT All items must be picked up, shipped, or have transfer arrangements initiated within twenty-one (21) days of auction close. After twenty-one (21) days, a $10 per lot, per day storage fee may apply. These fees must be settled before items are shipped and/or picked up. Items remaining after twenty-one (21) days are held at the buyer's risk. Diamond K Armory is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Items not removed, shipped, or transferred within thirty (30) days may be deemed abandoned and resold or disposed of without refund. 5.6 - CHECK PAYMENTS & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS Auctioneer may accept check payments at its sole discretion and only with prior approval. All check payments must be received by Auctioneer within eight (8) calendar days of auction close. Failure to ensure timely delivery does not extend payment and late fee deadlines. Checks must be sent using a tracked and expedited delivery service, including but not limited to: USPS Priority Mail Express UPS Next Day Air FedEx Overnight Bidder must provide valid tracking information within forty-eight (48) hours of auction close. Failure to provide tracking or use expedited delivery does not extend deadlines or prevent late fees or enforcement actions. Auctioneer is not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers or delivery services. Acceptance of a check does not constitute payment until the check has been received and fully cleared. Items paid by check will not be shipped, transferred, or released until funds have cleared, which may take ten (10) business days or longer. If payment is not received within eight (8) days, Auctioneer may: Charge the card on file Cancel the sale Assess late fees or default remedies Returned checks, non-sufficient funds (NSF), or stopped payments will result in: A $35 returned payment fee or the maximum allowed by law Immediate cancellation of the sale at Auctioneer's discretion Liability for resale losses and all associated fees SECTION 6.2 - NFA ITEMS All NFA-regulated items must have the transfer process initiated within twenty-one (21) days of auction close, including fingerprints, required documentation, and completion of ATF eForms or Silencer Shop steps. Failure to initiate the process may result in storage fees, cancellation of the sale, and additional administrative or resale fees. Delays caused by the buyer do not extend deadlines. SECTION 6.7 - SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES Shipping and processing times may vary based on auction volume and item type. Typical processing time is up to ten (10) business days after payment, but delays may occur. All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. SECTION 1.4 - CONDITION CLAIMS & DISPUTE DEADLINE Any issues with item condition, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the item. SECTION 8.7 - RECEIVING FFL & TRANSFER DELAYS Diamond K Armory is not responsible for delays caused by receiving FFL dealers, including failure to provide documentation, accept transfers, or respond in a timely manner. These delays are the responsibility of the buyer and are not grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute. SECTION 4.8 - MYSTERY LOTS Mystery Lots are risk-based purchases. Exact contents are not guaranteed. MSRP and descriptions are provided for reference only and do not guarantee value or specific items. All Mystery Lot sales are final. No refunds, returns, or adjustments will be made based on contents or perceived value. SECTION 2.7 - COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY Bidders are responsible for monitoring their email, phone, and HiBid account for all communications. Failure to receive or review communications does not relieve the bidder of any obligations. SECTION 6.2 - POLICY ENFORCEMENT & NO WAIVER All policies apply equally to all bidders and transactions. Any prior exceptions, accommodations, or past practices do not apply and do not override these Terms.
