Unless expressly verified in the listing, the metal content, purity, composition, or percentage is not tested, guaranteed, or represented by the auction house. Such descriptions may refer solely to aesthetic characteristics rather than actual metal composition.
Third-party grading opinions are those of the third party alone
Placing a bid creates a binding contract
if the bidder wins the item, payment is required under the posted auction terms
For coins, trading cards, and collectibles, items may be raw, graded, ungraded, authentic, reproduction, replica, reprint, or altered unless specifically stated otherwise. The bidder must rely on their own review and judgment before bidding.
The bidder authorizes the Auction Company to submit all bidding records, platform activity logs, photographs, invoice history, and shipping documentation to payment processors, banks, and collection agencies to enforce these Terms.
By placing any bid, the bidder acknowledges they have read the title and description in full, reviewed all photographs, and had the opportunity to ask questions prior to bidding. The bidder agrees they are purchasing the item strictly as shown in the auction images and as described, AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and that placing a bid and/or winning an item constitutes a binding contract, with no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no credits, and no cancellations for any reason.
Auction transactions are processed after the auction closes, and invoices are finalized. Charges may occur hours or days after the auction, depending on processing, invoice preparation, and shipping calculations.
The auction house does explicitly not:
Provide appraisals
Grade items
Authenticate items
Test items
Most importantly, remember that:
Everything sells “AS IS,” as you see it in the pictures. Don’t assume anything; ask questions before bidding, as there will be no bid retractions, cancellations, returns, or refunds.
Your bid is a binding contract.
If you win, you accept the item regardless of the condition. This is an auction.
Only bid what you're comfortable paying.
Always inspect item auction pictures carefully before bidding.
You're responsible for your due diligence before placing any bids. Take time to research and evaluate items carefully, and never bid more than you're willing to spend. Only two bidders can determine the value and price of items. Don’t rely on anyone else's advice to determine the item's value; rely only on your own judgment.
The bidder further agrees that all sales are final and that initiating or threatening a chargeback, payment dispute, stop-payment, ACH reversal, or any third-party payment claim constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
The bidder expressly waives any right to dispute charges once a bid is placed and/or an item is awarded and agrees to be responsible for all costs and fees incurred by the Auction Company in responding to any dispute, including but not limited to processor/chargeback fees, administrative fees (including a minimum $250 dispute administration fee or actual costs, whichever is higher), documentation/research time, attorney fees (where allowed), court costs, and third-party collections fees.
By placing a bid on the above item, you agree to the bidding contract and serve as proof of the agreed-upon contract, and that you have read and understand the full Terms & Conditions. The bidder agrees to waive any and all chargebacks, returns, or refunds.
