This is considered to be hazardous materials, and the bidder will have to comply with all regulations and restrictions for local, state, and federal governments regarding transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. The bidder hereby certifies that if awarded a contract under this invitation for bids, the bidder will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. Inspection and Removal: Inspections and removals are available Monday through Thursday, by confirmed appointment only. Please note that the site is closed on all federal holidays.
Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Photographs may or may not depict the exact item offered for sale and are provided only as a reasonable representation
Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, loading, and shipping.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
