Inspection terms▾
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All auctioned items are sold AS IS WHERE IS - Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. - Auction items are available for inspection on Tuesday and Thursday that are non holidays. - Hours of operation are 10am - 2pm EDT ONLY - Appointment's for inspection must be made 24 hours in advance.
Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday that do not fall on a holiday between the hours of 10am-2pm EDT ONLY. Appointments for inspection or removal must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Pick Up Time is between the hours of 10am - 2pm EDT Tuesday or Thursday ONLY! City staff CANNOT assist with the removal of surplus items.
