***GUN BUYING RULES*** -We can ship out of state direct to FFL Dealers. -Winning bidder's will have to pass a background check first which is a $25 fee. -Once you pass background there is a $20 Transfer Fee for Each WEAPON you buy. -If you have a Nevada CCW Different rules apply. -YOU MUST BE IN PERSON TO FILL OUT THE BACK GROUND CHECK & transfer paperwork. -You will pay for your purchase at Reno Sparks Auction Company but the Background & Transfer is being handled OFFSITE with a Federally Licensed Gun Dealer in the SPANISH SPRINGS AREA. -Be patient with us please during this process. -Bidders must 18 Years or older. -If you do not pass the back ground check there will be a 20% re-stocking fee charged.
