The following provisions supersede the Online Sale Terms and Conditions which you accepted when you first registered. By submission of your bid on this auction, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this auction including these amended provisions:

These items are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. Parts 120 through 130);
Bidders must be a U.S. Citizens to participate in this auction; and
Bidders must not be listed on the Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List, Department of State's Debarred Parties List, as well as the Excluded Parties List System.
If the successful bidder designates a third party removal agent to remove the property, the successful bidder must:
(1) Declare under the penalty of perjury that they are a U.S. citizen; and
(2) Send the attached Declaration of citizenship notarized by a Notary Public to NASA 48 hours prior to removal.
At the time of removal, the successful bidder and/or their third party removal agent will be required to show the following documentation:
A current and undamaged U.S. Passport; or
Two forms of identification to include (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID.
When bidding, bidders must read & accept the U.S. Export Control Certification.
Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed to inspect or collect surplus personal property at NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC).
If you successfully bid on items, you are responsible for removing them from the JSC premises and you cannot throw them away in the trash bins on site.

Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located, as indicated below.
