Items sold "as is" and responsibility is entirely on interested parties to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auctions only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of the listed auction. All sales are final upon removal of the asset. PICK UP DEADLINEAll items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyers can pick up the property ONLY BY APPOINTMENT. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Thursday). Please call 360-870-3289 or 360-507-6021 to schedule an appointment. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset. Photo ID is required at time of pick up.A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged after deadline. REMOVAL CONDITIONSPICK UP BY AUTHORIZED PERSON ONLY Asset will be released only to buyer or pre-authorized agent - in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed, as our safety policies permit. Buyer may also have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. Individual is required to be specifically named to pick up on your behalf.
