When scheduling inspections, bidder must specify the lot(s) being inspected. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the party performing the inspection. Facility operates on a Mon-Thurs schedule. Inspection may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Removal is by appointment only. Coordinate retrieval of property with Point of Contact listed with this lot. Retrieval must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.All items must be picked-up / removed within two weeks from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the party retrieving the property. Facility operates on a Mon-Thurs schedule. Pickup hours are between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Packaging and shipping must be carried out by receiving party, as our facility is not equipped to do so. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up and removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal of the asset.
