Go to 205 Government St., Government Plaza, 4th Floor South Tower, Room 408S, Purchasing Department for escort during the 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM viewing time. Unescorted inspection or viewing is not allowed nor encouraged. No questions will be accepted or answered less than twelve (12) hours prior to the close of an auction. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Removal terms▾
REMOVALS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. REMOVAL: REMOVALS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO APPOINTMENT, NO REMOVAL. REMOVALS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 3:00 PM, AND FRIDAYS BETWEEN 8 AM-12PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The City will not assist with the removal of an Item. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal. This item cannot be removed until the City receives notification of acceptance of payment by GovDeals. If the item is not removed within 10 business days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and re-post. **THE BUYER WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM THE USE OF GOVDEALS** REMOVAL: The City will not assist with the removal of an Item.
