Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Loading hours are 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Seller will load from warehouse dock. Buyer is responsible for transportation, including securing of load. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the five (5) business days allowed.
