We do have a loading dock at the back of the building on 15th St with a loading dock high platform to roll pallets onto a freight truck. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. With proof of payment from Gov Deals, ID of person who is picking up the item, signed GovDeals Bill of Sale and Signed TU TERMS FOR BILL OF SALE the item/s can be released. REPEAT!
