Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. As a condition of removal and sale of property, Buyer shall be required to execute a Bill of Sale prior to removal of the property. The Bill of Sale documents transfer of ownership to the Buyer and provides that the conveyance is being made “as-is” without warranty of any kind. The Bill of Sale further provides that Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless the Seller from and against any and all claims that arise in connection with the property. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
