Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not paid for within the five (5) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. If purchase is over $5,000, shipping items will be split and shipped separately for insurance purposes. Buyer will receive separate emails with additional tracking information. Seller will be responsible for packaging and shipping at Buyer’s expense. Texas State Comptroller’s office does not ship to P.O. boxes or internationally.
