(close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays. Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
