Durable, cleanable cover included with each mattress. Compatible with Span-Care control units for optional powered alternating-pressure therapy. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The mattresses show normal signs of use and are in fair condition. Pumps and control units are not included with this lot. The exact age of each mattress is undetermined. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
