2005 Ford Expedition SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 5.4L V8 SOHC 16V. 5.4L Engine/auto transmission 4 wheel drive. Milage: 103,714
Power windows and locks. White in color. Has many rusty areas, some are holes ( floor boards, rocker panels ). A/C does work. does need a jump start, battery will not stay charged. Has check engine light on. Shifter on column is loose. Tires are at 30-50%. Seat is torn and cushions are worn. Radio does work. Clearcoat on hood and other areas have peeled off. All other aspects of the vehicle are unknown and are not warranted. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Monday-Thursday 7 AM-2:30 PM. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. There is no alley dock or loading ramp available. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Fairborn assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
