IMPORTANT NOTE: Inspections are by appointment only and are strongly encouraged. Items are sold as is, where is, and without warranty. Property may be inspected by approved appointment only and request must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The item can be inspected by contacting Colin McGuire or Jordan Davidson at (614) 614-525-3047 between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday- Thursday only.
Removal terms▾
PICK-UP/REMOVAL OF ASSET(S): Property may be removed by approved appointment only and request must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pick times are between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm Monday-Thursday. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Franklin County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
