The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Removal is by Appointment only and 24 hours prior notice is required. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICKUP A VEHICLE!! FAILURE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT MAY CAUSE FOR YOU TO BE TURNED AWAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 2:00 PM, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BIDDING OR REMOVING YOUR ITEM. IF YOU ARE SENDING A CAR HAULER, YOU MUST HAVE PAPERWORK COMPLETED 1ST, OR YOU MAY BE TURNED AWAY . If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this lot/item, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email contact listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
