The buyer will be responsible for tearing down, unmounting, moving, and loading all items with no assistance from the State. Buyer will provide all necessary packing items and equipment to move the surplus from the 1st and/or 2nd floors of 200 E. Grand. This building has an elevator and loading area for your use.
Scheduling of an appointment for pickup will be at the seller’s convenience, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri.

Removal terms▾
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For any auctions over $100, a photo ID will be required before removal is allowed. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
