All property is used and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Removal is by Appointment Only, and Appointments MUST be scheduled at least Twenty-Four (24) business hours in advance (excluding weekends). To ensure smooth warehouse operations, same-day pickup requests are not permitted. Please schedule and confirm your pickup appointment before traveling to the facility, as purchasers who arrive without a scheduled appointment may not be accommodated. All payments must be received and fully cleared prior to pick up. The winning bidder must contact (Call/Message) the designated Surplus Property contact listed on the auction to schedule a pickup appointment. The buyer is solely responsible for all Arrangements and all Labor, including Packing, Loading, and Transportation of the Property. WE DO NOT SHIP! No assistance will be provided. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m. Closed Between 12–1 p.m. Upon arrival, buyers should park at the rear of the building on the 8th Street side, near the loading docks.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection.
Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be made between 9:30 and 11:30 am and 1:00 and 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
