This World War II German Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) medical pouch is constructed from heavy molded black leather and measures 7.0 inches wide by 4.0 inches high by 3.0 inches deep. Designed to carry medical supplies, the pouch features a hinged top lid and side closure securing tabs with metal stud fasteners. The reverse side includes two wide riveted leather belt loops and a metal top carry ring for field gear attachment. The raw leather interior contains an internal retaining loop and stamped blue ink numbers reading 310. The piece displays field wear, edge scuffing, finish rubbing along high points, and surface oxidation on the metal hardware.
