WESTERN FIELD 14M 488A .22 LR Semi Auto Rifle, 23.5" Barrel, Good Condition, Normal Handling Marks, Shiny Bore, Tight Action, sn:NSN
This tubular-magazine .22 rifle was manufactured for Montgomery Ward by Mossberg during the mid-20th century. It features a one-piece, nicely figured walnut stock with a pistol grip and sling swivels front and rear. The rifle carries a windage- and elevation-adjustable rear sight and a hooded, multi-aperture front sight, along with a steel buttplate, and it is drilled and tapped for a side-mounted scope and rear peep sight. The receiver is additionally grooved for a tip-off scope mount. (85302) (GSCE90)
