2. All information on the FFL, ID and bidder registration must match.
a. If the FFL is in a business name, the name of the owner of the business must be used to register the bidder's account.
i. GovDeals will request proof of ownership before the account isapproved to bid.
3. GovDeals will validate these FFL using the Bureau of the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms software.

Inspection terms▾
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Inspections are encouraged 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection are by appointment only. Please see the contact above to schedule an inspection.
Removal terms▾
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Schedule pick up between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
