The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the District of
Columbia, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by
the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.
All items have been reviewed by a certified appraiser in order to provide accurate descriptions and an
approximate starting bid amount. There are no appraisal reports available or included with the purchase of the
item.

Removal: Items must be picked up in person. Buyers must pick up within six (6) calendar days of auction close. After 6 days, auctions will be canceled. If auction canceled, buyer's account will be locked. Removal is by appointment only. Appointments for removing the property will be available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Once item is paid, please email dcauction@dc.gov to schedule appointment. *Appointments must be scheduled by 4:00pm EST on the Monday prior to the desired appointment time.* No packing or shipping available.
