Will need to have yards to handle her. Once you have her lead rope she can lead in small areas and will tie up. Selling her as unhandled but can come with halter that is on her for easier handling.(can pat her neck on the days you can catch her)Can halter her in a float or a race. Needs lots of time spent on her but I do believe with the right person she will come around.
