Seller reserves the right to stop or deny entry if onsite safety requirements cannot be met or maintained.

Removal by Appointment OnlyBuyer Must call site contact 24-48 Hours in advance to schedule loadout - PPE: Safety Boots, Hard Hat, Safety glasses - All Material will be Palletized, Banded and/or Shrink Wrapped - Seller will assist with loading asset(s) onto buyer conveyance - Buyer is responsible for securing load and transportation costs - Buyer must remove asset(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction - Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied - Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal
