All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. All items are sold on an "as-is", "where- is" basis- there is no warranty on any item sold. Pick up hours are by appointment only. The appointment must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance. The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal of the property within (7) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. UC San Diego Surplus Sales can assist with loading of the property if necessary. If the successful bidder won item(s) that require straps/ tie downs, they will have to bring their own to safely secure the item(s). UC San Diego Surplus Sales will NOT provide straps/ tie downs. The successful bidder will be responsible for the shipping arrangements be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs for the item(s), if necessary.
