The lot is for a wood 4 drawer wood file cabinet. The bottom drawer sticks and is hard to open. Its in fair to good condition. There are a couple bumps and scratches. .The items are located at 278 Spring St, Columbus Ohio 43215. Buyer is responsible for the removal and loading of the item. All items must be removed within fifteen (15) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the fifteen (15) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
