Description U.S. Ames Mfg Company Model 1840 Calvary saber and scabbard. The sword is date marked 1849. Includes a 32.5" blade and a 37" total length outside of scabbard. Brass pommel and handguard. Leather wrapped hand grip. Includes a black finished metal scabbard. Ships to buyers home.
