TYPES OF APPROVED DOCUMENTS:
1) U.S. GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (U.S. PASSPORT, U.S. MILITARY ID); OR
2) STATE-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (REAL ID) TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TSA-APPROVED DOCUMENTS; OR
3) PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD PULS REAL ID AND ADDITIONAL TSA-APPROVED DOCUMENTS
All persons accessing NASA/Moffett Field shall obtain a visitors' badge. An email link will be sent to bidder/inspector and must be filled out immediately; it can take up to 48 hrs. to obtain a badge. ALSO, a completed Statement of Citizenship Declaration must be completed by purchaser/purchaser's designated agent prior to removal.

NOTE #1: Inspect prior to bidding. SOLD "AS IS." PHYSICAL INSPECTION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and/or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection.
NOTE #2: This is all the information provided by NASA Ames Research. Please perform physical inspection to ascertain a more complete picture of the condition of the interested item.
NOTE #3: There is a 10-day removal timeframe. Please refer to Terms & Conditions "Removal" clause and removal is by appointment ONLY! Third party removals MUST have purchaser's authorization ON FILE with NASA Ames prior to arrival. Please provide SIGNED purchaser's receipt & authorization letter containing name and company's name, if applicable, to arc-dl-disposal@nasa.gov.
NOTE #4: All bidders must have all necessary tools and equipment with them at the time of property removal.
Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed to inspect or collect surplus personal property at NASA's Ames Research Center (ARC).
If you successfully bid on items, you are responsible for removing them from the ARC premises and you cannot throw them away in the trash bins on site.
You also need to arrange for the packing and shipping of the items yourself.

PROPERTY MAY NOT BE DISCARDED IN ONSITE TRASH CONTAINERS. HOURS OF VIEWING: 9:00AM TO 12:00PM & 1:00PM TO 3:00PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.
Inspection and Removal Information:
