SEIKO WESTMINSTER-WHITTINGTON CHIME CLOCK - OAK CASE, SWINGING PENDULUM, BRASS CARRY HANDLE Seiko quartz chime clock in a medium-brown oak case, of arched-top mantel and wall form with a stepped crown, fluted side columns capped top and bottom in polished brass, a shaped base rail, a solid brass loop carry handle on top, and a plain back panel with a single hanging hole. The glazed front shows an off-white round dial with a brushed silver-tone bezel and inner ring, black Roman numerals and minute track, black spade-style hands with a brass center nut, and it is printed "SEIKO" above center and "Westminster-Whittington" below. A brushed brass-tone disc pendulum swings below the dial against a dark shaped backboard. Condition is good overall but the case shows light handling wear - minor scuffing and finish rubs on the crown and base rail, small nicks along the lower edge, dust in the fluting and along the glass edge, faint scratching on the glass, and light tarnish spotting on the brass column caps; a folded paper or shim is visible tucked under the base in the mounting photographs.
