- Any questions need to be emailed during regular business hours, 7 am to 5 pm cst no question will be answered after hours or on weekends. - Shevling - 36 x 18 - 48 x 18 - Wood Shevling - 48 x 18 - Railing - 86" Long - Pick Up Only Buyer is responsible for removal and securing the load, but is not allowed to perform any work while on site. Assistance will be provided for the load out, and all applicable rules/procedures must be followed while on site. The site will need 48 hours' notice before scheduling pick-up of the awarded item in order to facilitate scheduling at our facility. Schedule Monday through Thursday and load outs should be scheduled between 8:00 AM ET and no later than 3:00 PM ET (lunch is 12:00PMto 12:30 PM) Please note that the picture(s) may be part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and highly recommended. The buyer is expected to bring all necessary equipment (trailer, winch, jump starter, air compressor, dolly’s, tools, etc.) to safely load and remove the equipment. Round Rock ISD is unable to supply equipment or manpower to assist with removal 1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction close EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, you will have 10 business days to pick up EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, you need 24-hour advance notice for an appointment. You may be turned away without an appointment. A signed Release of Authorization, signed Bill Of Sale, AND a copy of Driver's License must be scanned and sent to surplus@roundrockisd.org before any item will be released for shipment.
