Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. **WINNING BIDDER MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 9am-3pm, MONDAY-FRIDAY. Times must be adhered to or the pick-up may need to be re- scheduled.** ***PLEASE NOTE - We do not have a pallet jack or dock plate. Winning bidder MUST bring all materials required for moving items, including manpower.*** We also do not box, crate, or palletize any items. All packing must be done by the winning bidder/shipping company. Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign theAuthorization of Release document found on this link.
