Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Shows normal wear and tear throughout the unit. Tires may be flat or low and require attention. Spare tire is missing. There may be other missing items, damages, or required repairs that were not seen or noted during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. For safety reasons, this site requires that travel trailers be pulled by pickup trucks only. Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location. No pets or firearms allowed on this site. A 24-hour notice is required for pickups. Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site. The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
