Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.

Pickups are by appointment only, 8AM to 2:30PM Monday through Friday, weather permitting, closed holidays.
For safety reasons, this site requires that travel trailers be pulled by pickup trucks only.
Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location.
No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
A 24-hour notice is required for pickups.
Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site.
The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy.
Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form, and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
Haulers are responsible for following all State and DOT guidelines.

For any mattresses, bedding, or upholstered furniture offered in this invitation, the purchaser is advised to procure and affix tags, labels, or stamps required by law or otherwise to comply with the state laws pertaining to sterilization, resale, and reuse of such items and filling material as required by state law. Selling agency shall be required to provide the state health agency for the state in which a successful bidder maintains its business, with a written notice of such sale to include the name and address of the purchaser and the types, quantities, and locations of the articles sold.
