Online Auction Terms & Conditions: 1. Agreement to Terms: By signing up and participating in this auction, bidders agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below. The auctioneer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates. 2. Registration & Bidding: All bidders must register with valid information before placing a bid.Bidding is a legally binding contract; once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or remove bidders at any time. 3. Payment & Invoicing: The winning bidder must submit full payment within 24hours after auction closing. Accepted payment methods: E-Transfer Only (payments@fortunesbids.com). If payment is not received within the deadline, the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale and ban the bidder from future auctions. Please Do not bid if you cannot pay in Cash or Etransfer! 4. Item Conditions & Warranties: All items are sold "as is, where is," with no warranties expressed or implied. Item descriptions and photos are for reference only; bidders are responsible for reviewing items before bidding. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. While we strive to accurately represent and describe all items through detailed information and photographs, it's important to note that all items are sold on an 'as is' basis, with all faults. We highly recommend that all bidders personally look each item photos during the scheduled preview times to verify its condition. The auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Fortune's Bids. shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Any items that are listed under the condition “as is” will have a full description on what may be missing or damaged on the item, it is the bidders full responsibility to view all images of the item as well as read the description of the item before bidding. All as is items will not be refunded. The first image will be a stock photo of the item but there will be 1-3 images of the live item in the auction warehouse.. 5. Shipping & Pick-Up & Late Fees: Shipping rate will base on CanadaPost / UPS rates and For Local Delivery we charge $20 Flat rate within City Limits (Winnipeg). For Shipping request please email to fortunesbids@gmail.com. We will ship/deliver your item to address on file. =====Buyers must pick up items within the pick up time frame. Any late pick-ups will incur a $25 fee. If items are not picked up within the timeframe, they may be considered abandoned and resold, with no refund issued. 6. Technical Issues & Disputes: The auctioneer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet issues, or software errors that may affect bidding. In case of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision is final. 7. Fraud & Misconduct: Fraudulent bidding, non-payment, and chargebacks will result in permanent banning and legal action if necessary. All transactions are monitored to ensure compliance with auction policies. 8. Liability Disclaimer: The auctioneer, sellers, and platform are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation in the auction, use of purchased items, or auction site visits. 9. Buyer's Premium & Handling Fee Online Auctions are subject to a 16% Buyer's Premium, which is an additional fee added to your bid amount. It's important to consider the Buyer's Premium when placing your bids. Please note in addition to the Buyer's premium there will also be a $1.50 handling fee per item and 12% tax added to the total bid price.
