The Town of Mountain Village (TMV) is selling 10 refurbished gondola cabins to the public to proceed the Town-owned childcare facility. The cabins were installed in 2020 as private outdoor dining spaces in the Mountain Village Center of the 25 original cabins, 10 are no longer needed. The excess cabins have been stored on an outdoor storage lot and their conditions vary. They each contain a table and, although each cabin was wired for heat and lighting, functional systems are not guaranteed. They are being sold in AS-IS condition with no warranties or returns. Approximate Cabin Specifications: Height~6ft 4 in, Width~5 ft 7 in, Depth~6ft 3 in, Weight~700 lbs. (Cabins with lifting brackets removed from their tops will be a few inches shorter than the approximate height listed above.)
